What are the differences between Pixel Pro, One, Two, Three, Social and 360?

Pixel Pro, One, Two, and Three have the same camera, software, and printer. The only difference is the style of the booth.
Pixel 360 and Social is all about guest experience. Your guests can text and email their photos and/or videos for social media sharing.

How do I use the photo booth?

You and your guests would be guided by our on-site attendant on how to use the photo booth. We have a LIVE VIEW TECHNOLOGY that allows you see yourself in the monitor. To start snapping your photos, our on-site attendant will click on the camera button. It begins a countdown of just 5 seconds giving you sufficient time to strike a pose. After this, your image appears for 5 seconds on the screen. The monitor then begins another countdown for your next pose. Please note that the camera takes three or four photos with a 10 second interval between each pose. We have a professional grade dye sub printer that prints your photo in less than 15 seconds.

What are the size of the Enclosed White LED booth, Open-Air booth, and 360 spinner booth?

Our enclosed white booth is 8ft (width) x 8ft (length) x 8ft (height). The open-air booth requires a minimum of 8ft (width) x 8ft (length) x 8ft (height). The 360 spinner booth requires a minimum of 12ft (width) x 12ft (length).

Do I need a backdrop or green screen?

Our unique white enclosed booth do not require a backdrop. On our open-air booth however, you are free to pick either one of our standard, premium, or luxury backdrops, custom green screen, step and repeat, or use the venue as the backdrop.

Do I need to make a deposit?

You can choose to either pay in full or $99 reservation fee. The reservation fee will be deducted from the total cost. The remaining balance is due 15 days before your event. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, checks, and cash.

Do you have fun props?

Props are included on any print packages to match your event. Digital props are included in the Pixel Social Photo Booth.

Do you have custom templates?

All packages include customized design templates to match your event theme.

Is it possible to download my photos after one year?

We keep the digital files in the cloud so that you can always download your photos. To access your photos, simply click the PHOTO ACCESS on our website and enter your password.

Is delivery, set up and take down included in your package?

It is included at no cost. For set up and take down, we don’t deduct the rental hours. For example, if you rent for 3 hours, we will arrive 90 minutes before start time to set up, then run the event for 3 hours and another 30 minutes for take down.

Do you travel?

This is however only for events within a 30 mile radius of zip code 32224. This is included in the package. For events above this, we certainly have a fee. We would include the travel fee in your quote.

Do you provide an attendant?

We would provide you with an on-site attendant to ensure the booth is functioning properly. The on-site attendant would also guide your guests on how to use the photo booth. The Pixel Social Photo Booth is unattended.
